the food was acceptable .

i encountered multiple problems with the room. the air conditioning was faulty, and it caused frequent power cuts, sometimes every thirty minutes. despite reporting it, the staff only reset the electric cutout instead of fixing the underlying issue. the room felt dark and somewhat claustrophobic, not what i expected for the price.

the staff were super supportive. they were also friendly. the rooms are spacious and the view is amazing. the hotel is so clean and provides activities .

rooms are small with just enough room to walk around the bed. the alcohol is awful. the entertainment is mediocre and makes you want to go to bed.
